Has the same passive effects as that item and can also be used to unlock Tarnished Keeper, although its renewal price is doubled. Converts into K.A.E.K. upon renewal.

Causes additional Bad Company Greed enemies to constantly spawn when inside hostile rooms or Greed waves.

If any other character other than Tainted Keeper picks up the item, they will instantly die.

This is an Epiphany unlock challenge item - picking it up will disable achievements for the rest of the run, and display the Epiphany door icon on the HUD.

On useDeals fake damage and has a 50% chance to gulp the currently held trinket.
